INTENT TO PLAY 2022
MFMBA is looking to gather numbers.
Closer to the start of the season we will access the latest COVID-19 recommendations by our Public Health Unit and Baseball Ontario.
All fees are to be paid in full prior to season start.
MFMBA has final discretion for all player roster.
We do require players to register now so we can begin planning to schedule teams, recruit coaches and be sure we have uniforms and equipment.
Additional Covid forms--Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement forms will be required for completion prior to all baseball activities for all participants.

Please be sure to sign up for the Baseball Ontario ONDECK App - both Softball and Baseball parents. Link below.

There will be waivers that will need to be filled out online once such as Rowan's Law Concussion Education Acknowledgment, Parent Consent to Play, etc. Download the app, look things over. We will post more information soon.
